I am enrolled to nsou 3yr graduation with 6 yr registration validity whose 3 yr registration of the degree courses passed but i wasn't able to give any paper as books given to me via university was bengali medium and i doesn't know bengali. I was astonished as prospectus they give in dual language , website to notification everything in english but why science subject that too at graduation level books in bengali scripts why dual option excuses along with mother language choice able .
